After working in the manufacturing industry for over 15 years, I understand many of the problems and frustrations experienced by those on the shop floor through to management. With a Masters Degree in Manufacturing and Management Information Systems (passed with distinction) I know how the many systems work together and need to be considered together when solving a problem.

Although your SyteLine ERP system does an excellent job in solving all the big problems, I understand that it is the small frustrations that can make life difficult. This is where I fit in.
